・ Cruises will operate normally during light or standard rain; however, schedules are subject to change due to severe weather or safety reasons.

・ In the event of a cancellation caused by severe weather, individual notifications will be sent, and a full refund or date rescheduling will be offered.

・ Cancellations and refunds are not permitted for change of mind due to standard rain.

・ Sailing schedules may be altered or canceled depending on weather conditions, Hangang River water levels, or vessel operations.

・ Sailings may be canceled if the minimum participant count is not met or due to private vessel charters; please ensure your reservation is confirmed prior to your visit.

・ If a cruise cannot operate, booked passengers will be contacted and notified individually in advance.

・ In the event of a cancellation initiated by the cruise operator, the ticket fare will be refunded, excluding food, beverage, and ancillary costs.

・ 4 days prior to boarding: 100% full refund

・ 2 - 3 days prior to boarding: 90% refund

・ 1 day prior to boarding: 70% refund

・ On the day of boarding: Non-refundable

・ Please arrive 30 minutes prior to boarding and complete the boarding declaration form before embarking.

・ A physical passport or a copy/photo of your passport is required to complete the boarding declaration form.

・ Minors and children must present valid identification documents, such as an official ID or health insurance card.
