Cancellation policy
 

①Passenger changes booking when haveprivate reasons

・100% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 14 days before departure. 

・50% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 7 days before departure. 

・No refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 1~6 days before departure. 

②Can't  complete the tour due with special circumstances.

・Rainy day as usual 。In case of bad weather, a change date or a full refund will be arranged separately。

・Contact our customer service for refunds from the number of guest  is insufficient or there is an emergency in the travel agency。We will send the maggese by E-mail.

・This trip can not be refund due with the trip can't complete by the traffic condition 。

③Cancel or change the itinerary,need to confirmed by FUN KOREA and re-issued the confirmation letter.
