【Cancellation and Refund Policy】
Cancellation of appointments is limited to those made 7 days before the scheduled date, and full refunds are available for cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted 6 days before the experience date.

If changes to the reservation are needed, the refund policy mentioned in the first item applies, and customers must cancel their original reservation and reschedule it themselves.

Since the scheduled time on the day of the experience appointment, refunds are non-refundable under any circumstances, including the following situations:

At any stage before, during, or after the service experience, refunds are requested due to customers simply changing their minds.

A refund request has been made due to the specified styles, hairstyles, accessories, and other items in the experience product not matching the customer's personal preferences.

[Consent regarding compliance with safety rules]
After putting on your clothes, you must use the elevator when moving.
 (For safety reasons and to keep clothing clean, the use of stairs and escalators is prohibited.)

The rides available during the experience are limited to the following items and must be carefully cared for by a guardian. In case of an accident or damage to clothing, the guest will be responsible. (I suggest boarding after the experience ends/returns the clothing)

 - LOTTY Train (Floor 1)
 - World Monorail (Floor 3)
 - Balloon Flight (Floor 4)

To avoid accidents and disputes, please ensure that the child is wearing underwear and properly store the lost items.

If children continue to refuse to cooperate with the teacher's guidance or are unable to perform separately from their guardians, the experience may be interrupted and replaced with free time. (No refunds in this case)

When performing, please do not bring personal items such as magic wands or balloons.


[Regarding consent for compliance with cleaning regulations]
When using the restroom, change your clothes.

Smaller foods (such as mini rolls, chicken nuggets, sausages, etc.) can be eaten, but it is prohibited to consume foods that may spill soup or become sticky and dirty (such as cotton candy, stir-fried rice cakes, ramen, etc.).

If rented items become dirty, damaged, or lost, they must be compensated at the full price.

People with infectious diseases cannot participate in the experience.


[Regarding consent for adhering to performance etiquette]
Do not cross the performance safety line or move forward beyond the safety personnel.

Given the performance enjoyed together with other viewers, it is not advisable to follow children for filming, which could cause excessive inconvenience to others.
 (For example, overusing selfie sticks, pushing others, occupying positions, etc.)

If the general audience is large, for safety reasons, filming and viewing may only be possible at designated locations.


[Consent Matters Regarding Makeup]
Since children's cosmetics are not suitable for stage use, SHARON CAT gown stores use mild adult cosmetics.
Facial patches/glosses will use safe facial adhesive.
This is for creating a more complete dramatic transformation experience. If you do not wish to apply makeup or apply diamonds, please let us know in advance.


[Regarding consent for filming and promotional use]
During the SHARON CAT formal wear store service, videos and photos may be taken for promotional purposes (such as behind-the-scenes footage).
If you do not wish to appear on camera, please refuse filming in advance.


[Consent regarding force majeure situations]
If the parade is canceled due to special circumstances such as natural disasters, government instructions, infectious diseases, or adverse weather conditions, no service will be provided, and the deposit will be fully refunded.

Even in such cases, SHARON CAT Gown Shop is not responsible for losses incurred due to hotel accommodation or transportation costs (such as airfare).
Please understand force majeure situations and proceed with caution when making appointments.
