・Changes and cancellations after booking (due to personal reasons):
・Cancellations made 4 business days or more before the tour departure date are eligible for a 100% refund.
・Cancellations made within 3 business days before the tour departure date are non-refundable.
・No changes can be made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure.
・To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact customer service during business hours.
・Requests made after 6:00 PM on weekdays, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next business day in the order received.

・This tour is exclusively for foreign nationals who do not hold a Republic of Korea (South Korea) passport.
・The fee covers a private vehicle (no ride-sharing with others); meals and personal expenses are not included.
・On the day of your reservation, please arrive on time at the designated meeting point and present your passport for check-in. The name on the reservation must exactly match the English name on the passport.
・Multiple bookings by the same group under different names to extend ride time are not allowed.
・If you wish to extend the tour, please ask the driver in advance. If available, extra time can be paid on-site at a rate of ₩20,000 per hour.
・Child safety seats are not provided.
・ Seoul's free shuttle bus offers flexible travel options:
  - Round-trip rides can be used on different days (e.g. Saturday departure, Sunday return)
  - You can also choose to take only the outbound trip.
