· Change and Cancellation Policy after Booking Completion (Personal Reasons)

· Cancellations made 10 days or more before departure will receive a 100% refund.
· Cancellations made 4–9 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 1–3 days before departure are non-refundable.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service team during business hours.
· Cancellation or change requests submitted after 18:00 on weekdays, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day in the order they are received.

[Meeting & Pickup Information]
· Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance.
· Depending on the traffic conditions on the day, the departure time may be delayed.
· The vehicle license plate number and tour guide's contact information will be sent via SMS or SNS one day before departure.

[ Fee Information]
· The tour fee includes local driver/guide tips, admission tickets, and round-trip transportation fees listed in the itinerary.
· The minimum number of participants required for each group is 8 people, and the maximum capacity is 42 people. If the minimum number of participants is not met but you wish to proceed as a private tour, an additional fee will apply.
· Children 3 years old and above will be charged the adult price, while children under 36 months can join free of charge. (Free-of-charge children will not be provided with meals, vehicle seats, admission tickets, or other included experiences.)
· The rail bike accommodates 4 people per vehicle. The tour guide will assign vehicles according to the number of participants on the day. If you wish to use a private vehicle for 4 people, please select and pay the applicable vehicle surcharge when making your reservation. Otherwise, vehicles will be assigned according to the number of participants on the day.
