· Change and Cancellation Policy after Booking Completion (Personal Reasons)

· Cancellations made 10 days or more before departure will receive a 100% refund.
· Cancellations made 4–9 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 1–3 days before departure are non-refundable.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service team during business hours.
· Cancellation or change requests submitted after 18:00 on weekdays, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day in the order they are received.

[Meeting & Pickup Information]

· Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance. Once the scheduled meeting time has passed, we will not wait for late arrivals or no-shows, and no refund will be provided.

· We will contact customers and notify them of any changes via WhatsApp/LINE/WeChat or email. Please ensure that all personal information is entered correctly.

· If you use LINE/WeChat, please make sure that friend requests and messages from strangers are enabled, and that your ID is entered correctly. If we are unable to contact you due to any of the above issues and this affects your itinerary on the day of the tour, we will not be held responsible and no refund will be provided.

[ Fee Information]
· The tour fee includes local driver/guide tips, attraction tickets and round-trip transportation as listed in the itinerary.
· The minimum number of participants is 8 people, with a maximum of 42 people per group. If the minimum number is not met but you wish to proceed with a private tour, an additional fee will apply.
· Children aged 3 and above are charged at the adult rate. Children under 36 months old can join free of charge. (Free children are not provided with meals, bus seats, admission tickets, or activity experiences.)
· Gangchon Rail Bike accommodates 4 people per bike. The guide will assign bikes based on the number of participants on the day of the tour. If you wish to have a private 4-person bike, please select the designated bike surcharge when making your reservation. If no selection is made, bikes will be assigned according to the number of participants on the day.
