50% refund for cancellations made 4–9 days (inclusive) prior to the departure date.
No refund for cancellations made 1–3 days (inclusive) prior to the departure date.
No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
To cancel or change your booking details, please contact customer service during business hours.
Requests for cancellation or change submitted after 18:00 on weekdays, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed sequentially on the next business day.

Precautions

Please board the vehicle at the designated meeting point on time.
For airport drop-off, it is recommended to schedule your meeting time 3 hours prior to your flight departure.
Please confirm the vehicle license plate number and driver information before boarding.
Children aged 36 months and older occupy a full seat.
The standard luggage size is 24 inches; luggage 28 inches or larger (including 28 inches) will be counted as 2 pieces of standard-sized luggage.
For airport pick-up, the driver will wait for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes from the flight arrival time stated on your confirmation voucher. If you fail to arrive at the designated pickup location within this timeframe, it will be considered a no-show, and the driver will leave without further notice.
If your pickup is delayed due to other unforeseen circumstances, please make sure to contact us via phone or instant messaging apps (WhatsApp / LINE / WeChat). Extended waiting time will incur an overtime fee of KRW ₩20,000 per hour.
To facilitate customer service contact, please ensure your mobile phone has international roaming enabled or that you can be reached promptly via instant messaging software.
