· Cancellation and Change Policy After Completing the Reservation (Personal Reasons)

· Cancellations made 10 days or more before the departure date will receive a 100% refund.

· Cancellations made 4–9 days before the departure date will receive a 50% refund.

· Cancellations made 1–3 days before the departure date are non-refundable.

· No changes can be made within 24 hours before departure.

· If the reservation needs to be cancelled or changed due to flight delays, cancellations, or other circumstances, the case may be handled at our discretion. Please contact customer service as soon as possible and provide proof of the flight change.

· For credit card payments, if you wish to cancel the transaction after payment has been completed, a 5% processing fee will be charged.

· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact customer service during business hours.

· Cancellation or change requests submitted after 6:00 PM on weekdays, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed in order on the next business day.
