Precautions
· The fee includes tips for local drivers and tour guides and outbound or return transportation costs.
· Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. We will not wait or provide refunds for late or absent customers once the meeting time has passed.
· Please carry your personal belongings, jewelry, money, clothing, and documents with you. We are not responsible for any lost items left on the shuttle bus.
· Generally, the itinerary will not be affected on rainy days. In case of natural disasters, the departure date can be changed for free or a full refund can be made.
· The shuttle bus will stop at a designated ski clothing store outside the ski resort for approximately 30 minutes on the way to and from the ski resort. Regardless of whether you rent ski clothes, you will need to wait. By agreeing to book, you consent to this wait time. You can also rent on the spot if desired.
· The schedule is adjusted according to the local conditions. The company does not need to be responsible or refund if there is a temporary safety inspection or closure of the scenic spot.
· The bus does not provide baby seats.
· Children aged 3 and above are required to pay, while children under 36 months old are free of charge. (Children who are free of charge will not be provided with seats in the car)
· Travel insurance is not included. The company shall not be liable for any physical damage or casualties caused by accidents or unpredictable factors due to force majeure. We strongly recommend customers to purchase corresponding insurance in advance.
· Pick-up/drop-off locations cannot be modified on the day.
· We will contact you or make any changes via WhatsApp/Line/WeChat or email. Please ensure your personal information is correctly provided.
· If using LINE/WECHAT, please make sure to enable friend invitations and accept messages from strangers, and ensure the ID is correctly entered. We are not responsible for any issues caused by failure to do so, which may affect your trip, and no refunds will be given.
