Cancellation policy
· Cancellation 14 days prior to departure (inclusive) will result in a 100% refund.
· Cancellation 7~13 days before departure (inclusive) will result in a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 1~6 days prior to departure date are non-refoundable.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· If you wish to cancel a transaction after completing the credit card payment, a 5% processing fee will be charged.
· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service staff during working hours.
· Cancellation or change requests after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends and holidays will be processed sequentially on the next business day.
Precautions
· Children aged 4 to 6 must be accompanied by a guardian during skiing activities.
· Ski equipment must be returned by 4:00 PM on the third day.
· One booking corresponds to one room. For example, if 4 participants choose [4 people staying at Mountain Condominium], make 1 booking; if 4 participants need 2 rooms, choose [2 people staying at Main Tower] and make 2 bookings.

Note: If you have a room type preference (twin beds or double bed), please indicate it in the remarks. If no preference is indicated, the room type will be arranged by the resort upon check-in.

Occupancy: 3-5 people
Includes: 1 living room (with kitchen)+2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a bed, the other with Korean-style floor bedding)+2 bathrooms
