Cancellation policy

· Change and Cancellation Policy after Booking Completion (Personal Reasons)

· Cancellations made 10 days or more before departure will receive a 100% refund.
· Cancellations made 4–9 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 1–3 days before departure are non-refundable.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service team during business hours.
· Cancellation or change requests submitted after 18:00 on weekdays, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day in the order they are received.

Precautions

[Meeting & Pickup Information]

· Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

· The departure time may be delayed depending on traffic conditions on the day of the tour.

· The vehicle license plate number and guide’s contact information will be sent via SMS or SNS one day before departure.

· If you use LINE or WeChat, please make sure to allow friend requests and enable messages from strangers.

[ Fee Information]

· The tour price includes local driver/guide tips, admission tickets listed in the itinerary, and round-trip transportation.

· The minimum number of participants required for each group is 8 people, with a maximum of 42 people per group. If the number of participants is below the minimum and you still wish to depart as a private tour, an additional surcharge will apply.

· The minimum equipment size for Ski is a foot length of 17 cm, while the minimum equipment size for Snowboard is a foot length of 21 cm. Children under 3 years old who wish to ski may consult the guide on-site to check whether the smallest available equipment fits. If the equipment is suitable, payment can be made on-site.

· Guests must wear ski clothing and equipment when entering the ski resort. Free-of-charge infants and non-skiers, who do not have ski equipment, must wait outside the ski area.

· Each ski instructor can accommodate a maximum of 15–17 participants.

· Children aged 3 and above are charged at the adult rate. Children under 36 months are free of charge. (Free children are not provided with meals, vehicle seats, admission tickets, or other tour experiences.)

[Travel Notes]

· The tour will proceed as scheduled in rainy weather. If the tour cannot operate due to natural disasters, you may reschedule your departure date free of charge or receive a full refund.

· The itinerary may be adjusted according to local conditions. If an attraction is temporarily closed or subject to a safety inspection without prior notice, the company will not be responsible for any resulting changes or refunds.

· Personal travel insurance is not included in any of our tours. Outdoor activities involve inherent risks and hazards. Guests are responsible for assessing whether they are physically fit and suitable to participate based on their own health and abilities. The company shall not be held liable for any injury, bodily harm, or death resulting from force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
