[ Meeting Guidelines ]

· Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. We will not wait or provide refunds for late arrivals or no-shows after the scheduled meeting time.

· We will contact you or communicate any changes via Whatsapp/Line/Wechat or email. Please ensure your personal information is filled in correctly.

· If using Line/Wechat, please make sure to enable friend requests and allow messages from strangers, and ensure your ID is entered correctly. We assume no responsibility and will not issue refunds if the schedule is affected due to failure to establish contact caused by the above reasons.

[ Pricing & Payment Notice ]

· The tour fee includes local driver/guide tips, accommodation, admission tickets, partial meals, and round-trip transportation.

· The minimum group size is 40 people. If the minimum group size is not met and you wish to proceed as a private tour, additional surcharges will apply.

· Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult rate. Infants under 36 months are free of charge. (Free-of-charge infants will not receive accommodation beds, meals, vehicle seats, or admission tickets/experiences.)

· No refunds are available after booking confirmation. Thank you for your understanding.

[ Travel Notes & Policies ]

· Flower blooming conditions are subject to weather. The departure date is scheduled during the peak blooming period. If the blooming condition is less than ideal on the day of departure, the company is not responsible and no refunds or compensations will be provided.

· Room Arrangement: Based on twin/double sharing (2 people per room). The company will do its best to match travelers of the same gender. If a single room is requested, a single supplement fee will apply.

· Required Information upon Booking: Copy of personal passport, contact number during the trip, blood type, email address, emergency contact name and phone number, T-shirt size (XS(85) - XXXL(115), unisex / detailed size chart to be updated later).

· Pregnant women and travelers with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other chronic illnesses should carefully assess their condition and refrain from participating in strenuous or high-intensity activities.

· Marathon-related information is subject to announcements by the organizer, and any changes will be notified separately.

· Itineraries are subject to adjustment based on local conditions. In the event of temporary safety inspections or closures of attractions, the company is not responsible and no refunds will be provided.

· Travel insurance is not included. The company assumes no responsibility for physical injury or casualties caused by force majeure or unpredictable factors. We strongly recommend that customers purchase appropriate travel insurance in advance.
