Cancellation policy
· Cancellation policy after booking (other personal factors)
· When canceling the reservation 10 days (inclusive) before departure: 50% of the tour fee will be charged.
· Cancellation within 10 days before departure: No refund.
· When canceling a confirmed 1-day group tour reservation for any reason, a handling fee of USD$13 per order will be charged.
· If you need to change the time/date/location after booking, you will be charged a handling fee of USD$12~24.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure
· If you need to cancel or change the appointment content, please contact the customer service staff during working hours.
· Cancellation or change requests after 18:00 on weekdays and weekends/holidays will be processed sequentially on the next working day.

· The basic number of people in each group is 30 people, and the number of people in each group is 42. If the guests do not reach the basic number of people in each group and want to use a private group, relevant additional fees will be incurred.
· Children over 3 years old will be charged at the adult price, and children under 36 months will be free of charge. (Free children will not be provided with meals, seats in the car, admission tickets, etc.)

· Generally, itinerary will not be affected in rainy days. In case of natural disasters, you can change the departure date for free or get a full refund.
