Cancellation policy

・Once your booking has been confirmed, any cancellation or modification due to personal reasons will be subject to the following policy:

・Cancellation made 3 days or more before the ticket usage date (inclusive): 100% refund.

・Cancellation made 1–2 days before the ticket usage date (inclusive): 50% refund.

・Cancellation on the day of ticket usage: No refund will be provided.

・If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact our customer service team during business hours.

・Cancellation or modification requests submitted after 6:00 PM on weekdays, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed in order on the next business day.

Precautions

・Please collect your physical ticket from the tour guide at the designated time and location. You may be required to present your passport or Alien Registration Card (ARC) for identity verification. Tickets cannot be issued without the booking confirmation or a valid identification document.

・Tours will generally operate as scheduled in light rain. In the event of severe weather or natural disasters that prevent the tour from operating, you may reschedule your departure date free of charge or receive a full refund. The final decision is subject to the ticket operator's arrangement.

・The itinerary may be adjusted according to local conditions. If an attraction is temporarily closed or undergoes an unexpected safety inspection, the Company shall not be held liable and no refund will be provided.

・Please arrive at the meeting point 10–15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. No refunds will be issued if you fail to enter the venue due to late arrival for personal reasons.

・Our travel agency is responsible only for ticket reservation services. We are not liable for any dissatisfaction with the venue, facilities, or services after your arrival.

・Personal travel insurance is not included in any of our products. Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. Participants are responsible for assessing their own health and physical condition before joining. The Company shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, or other loss resulting from force majeure, accidents, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
