• Identification Documents: Visitors must bring a valid form of identification (passport, Alien Registration Card, etc.) to enter the Civilian Control Zone. Entry will not be permitted without valid identification.

• Military Restricted Area: Entry beyond the boundary fences and into unverified minefields is strictly prohibited, except in designated areas.

• Photography Restrictions: Photography is prohibited near barbed-wire fences, military bases, and nearby military facilities.

• Entry Restrictions: In the event of an emergency or unavoidable circumstances, access to the Civilian Control Zone and northern areas may be restricted, and advance reservations may be cancelled.

• Prohibited Items: Firearms, dangerous items, alcoholic beverages, fishing equipment, and other prohibited items are not allowed. Pets are also prohibited, except for assistance dogs.

• Prohibited Activities: Hunting or capturing wild animals, gathering wild vegetables, and illegal dumping of rubbish are strictly prohibited.

• Security Monitoring: CCTV cameras are installed in the restricted area to ensure visitor safety and maintain security. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• Follow Staff Instructions: Please follow all instructions from the tour guide and on-site staff. Wandering off or engaging in individual activities is strictly prohibited.

• Ticket Usage: Tickets are valid only on the date of purchase. Used tickets are non-refundable. Lost tickets cannot be reissued, so please keep your ticket safe.

• Invalid Tickets: Counterfeit or altered tickets, child tickets used by adults, and tickets used improperly will be considered invalid and confiscated.

• Passenger Conduct: Please do not damage facilities, cut in line, shout, engage in disruptive behaviour, consume excessive alcohol, or smoke on platforms or inside gondola cabins.

• Prohibited Items on Board: Alcohol, food, explosives, flammable materials, bicycles, inline skates, skateboards, drones, and other items that may pose a safety risk or cause inconvenience to other passengers are prohibited.

• Crystal Cabin Restrictions: Hiking poles, strollers, and wheelchairs are not permitted inside Crystal Cabins.

• Health Conditions: Passengers who are physically unwell, pregnant, afraid of heights, or have other medical conditions that may affect their safety are advised not to ride the gondola.

• Shared Boarding: Passengers may be required to share a gondola cabin with other visitors.

• Weather Conditions: Gondola operations may be suspended or adjusted due to adverse weather conditions.

• Reservation Changes: Requests to change the reservation date or time must be submitted at least one day in advance. All changes are subject to on-site regulations and availability.

• Liability: The operator shall not be held responsible for personal injuries or property loss resulting from passengers' negligence, violation of regulations, or failure to follow staff instructions.
