Cancellation policy

· Change and cancellation policy after booking is completed (other personal factors)
· If you cancel your reservation 10 days (inclusive) before the trip departure, you will get a 100% refund.
· If you cancel the reservation 4 to 9 days (inclusive) before the trip departure, 50% refund will be given.
· If you cancel your reservation 1 to 3 days (inclusive) before the trip departure, no refund will be given.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· If you need to cancel or change the reservation content, please contact customer service staff during business hours.
· Cancellation or change requests made after 18:00 on weekdays or on weekends/public holidays will be processed in sequence on the next working day.

Precautions

· Guests must collect physical tickets from the guide at the designated time and location. A passport or Alien Registration Card may be required for identity verification. Tickets cannot be issued if the confirmation notice or valid identification cannot be presented.

· Detailed ticket collection information will be sent via SMS or SNS one day prior to departure.

· Guests aged 2 and above are charged at the adult rate. Children under 24 months are free of charge.

(Free infants are not entitled to meals, seats on the vehicle, admission tickets, or any activity experiences.)

· The tour operates as scheduled on rainy days. In the event that departure is not possible due to natural disasters or force majeure, guests may choose to reschedule for free or receive a full refund. The final decision will be made in accordance with the ticket supplier’s policy.

· The itinerary may be adjusted based on local conditions. If attractions are temporarily closed or subject to safety inspections, the company shall not be held responsible and refunds will not be provided.

· This travel agency is responsible only for ticket booking services. Any dissatisfaction with on-site facilities or services after arrival is beyond the agency’s responsibility.

· Personal travel insurance is not included in any of our tours. Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. Guests should assess their own health and suitability before participation. In the event of accidents, injuries, or loss caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the company shall not be held liable.
