・Cancellation and Change Policy After Booking (Personal Reasons)

・Cancellations made 6 days or more before the ticket usage date: 100% refund.

・Cancellations made 5 days or more before the ticket usage date: 50% refund.

・Cancellations made 4 days or more before the ticket usage date: 30% refund.

・Cancellations made 3 days or more before the ticket usage date: No refund.

・For credit card payments, a 5% service fee will be charged for cancellations after payment has been completed.

・If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service team during business hours.

・Cancellation or change requests submitted after 6:00 PM on weekdays, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed in order on the next business day.

・Before purchasing this product, please check the availability of your preferred date and time.

・Smoking is prohibited within Gangneung Ojuk Hanok Village. Cooking and open flames are not permitted in the rooms. Guests who violate these regulations may be required to check out.

・There are several room types available for Standard Rooms, and the room type will be assigned randomly.

・Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 11:00

・Guests who wish to use the Multipurpose Building, Traditional Culture Experience Building, or Shared Kitchen must make a reservation in advance.

・The person who made the reservation and the person using the facilities must be the same person. A valid ID must be presented for identity verification. Entry will not be permitted to anyone other than the reservation holder or anyone who refuses to present an ID.

・Children under 37 months can use the facilities free of charge but are included in the total number of guests. Bedding is not provided and must be paid for separately.

・In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as performance delays or cancellations by stores, severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, which prevent guests from entering, the final decision will be made according to the arrangements of the company responsible for the tickets.
