      3. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information

      In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. However, the following information is retained for the specified period for the reasons listed below.

      Retention Period: 3 years

      In addition, if required by relevant laws, the Company retains member information for a certain period specified by applicable laws as follows:
      Records on display/advertising: 6 months (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
      Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription, etc.: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
      Records on payment and supply of goods, etc.: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
      Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
      Records on collection/processing and use of credit information: 3 years (Use and Protection of Credit Information Act)

      4. Destruction Procedure and Method of Personal Information

      In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. The destruction procedure and method are as follows:
      ο Destruction Procedure: Information entered by users for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate database (or a separate file cabinet for paper) after the purpose is achieved, stored for a certain period according to internal policies and information protection reasons under relevant laws (refer to retention and usage period), and then destroyed.
      Personal information transferred to a separate database is not used for any other purpose than retention unless required by law.
      ο Destruction Method
      - Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that render records unrecoverable.
      - Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

      5. Provision of Personal Information

      In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties. Exceptions are made in the following cases:
      - When users have given prior consent
      - When required by provisions of laws, or requested by investigative agencies according to procedures and methods prescribed by laws for investigation purposes

      6. Entrustment of Collected Personal Information

      The Company will not entrust your personal information to external companies without your consent. If such a need arises in the future, we will notify you of the trustee and the details of the entrusted business, and obtain prior consent if necessary.

      7. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them

      Users and legal representatives may view or modify their registered personal information or that of children under 14 at any time, and may also request termination of membership.
      To view/modify personal information of users or children under 14, click 'Change Personal Information' (or 'Edit Profile', etc.); to cancel membership (withdraw consent), click "Delete Account", go through the identity verification process, and you can directly view, correct, or withdraw.
      Alternatively, if you contact the Privacy Officer via writing, telephone, or email, action will be taken without delay.
      If you request correction of errors in personal information, the relevant information will not be used or provided until correction is complete. Additionally, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the result of the correction will be notified to the third party without delay to ensure correction is made.
      Personal information terminated or deleted at the request of users or legal representatives is processed according to the "Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information Collected by the Company" and cannot be viewed or used for any other purpose.
