1. Once the reservation is confirmed, tickets are not able to refund or cancel.
2. After the reservation is confirmed,
・if you wish to change reservation date or time, please contact TK Travel at least 5 working day before the using day.
・each ticket allow to have a free reservation date or time changing ONCE only. If you wish to change the second time,
you need to make a new reservation.
**TK TRAVEL Office hour: Monday to Friday, at Korea time 09:00~18:00, except Korean public holidays**
