・The tour operates as scheduled in rainy weather, except in cases of heavy rain or severe weather. If the weather conditions are unfavorable, the tour may be rescheduled or fully refunded.

・If the tour is canceled due to insufficient participants or an emergency on the travel agency’s side, a full refund will be provided.

・No refund will be provided if the itinerary cannot be completed due to traffic conditions on the departure day.

・Full refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before departure.

・50% refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before departure.

・No refund for cancellations made 1–6 days before departure.

・Daytime hours are from 09:00 to 18:59. Pick-ups after 19:00 will be charged at the nighttime rate.

・Nighttime hours are from 19:00 to 08:59. Please arrive at the meeting point on time.

・For airport drop-off, we recommend scheduling your pick-up time 3 hours before your flight departure.

・Please verify the vehicle license plate and driver information before boarding.

・Children aged 36 months and above require their own seat.

・The standard luggage size is 24 inches. Luggage measuring 28 inches or larger (including 28 inches) will be counted as 2 standard-size pieces of luggage.
