・Cancellations made 10 business days or more before the scheduled date: 50% refund (excluding service fees).

・Cancellations made within 10 business days of the scheduled date: No refund.

・Cancellations made for any reason for room-only reservations: HKD 400 / TWD 1,600 / USD 50 service fee will be charged per booking.

・Room rates are based on weekday rates. Prices may vary for reservations on weekends, public holidays, or reservations of more than one night. Please inquire separately when making a reservation.

・Breakfast is not included in the website price. If you wish to add breakfast, please inquire separately when making a reservation.

・Infants and children can stay free of charge with accompanying adults without an extra bed. (A fee may apply if a baby cot is required.)

・Additional fees may apply for the use of facilities such as the swimming pool.
