· Changes and cancellations after booking due to personal reasons
· Cancellation 6 days or more before the voucher usage date: 100% refund
· Cancellation 5 days before the voucher usage date: 50% refund
· Cancellation 4 days before the voucher usage date: 30% refund
· Cancellation 3 days or less before the voucher usage date: No refund
· If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact customer service during business hours.
· Cancellation or modification requests submitted after 6:00 PM on weekdays, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed in order on the next business day.

· Children under 36 months old can enter for free (relevant proof is required)
· This ticket is for one person
· Operating hours are 09:00-18:00. Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the boarding time. If the guest fails to arrive on time due to personal reasons and is unable to enter, the company will not refund the money. (Opening hours may change during holidays, please refer to the announcement.)
· Alcohol, food and gunpowder are not allowed to be brought into the train
· Our travel agency is only responsible for booking tickets. If customers are not satisfied with the facilities and services after arrival, our travel agency will not be responsible.

· For safety reasons, wheelchairs and baby strollers are not allowed on the promenade and skywalk.
