・ All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
・ Any reasonable reasons beyond their control, such as delay in performance or cancellation of shops, inclement weather 
   or similar disasters, which may result in guests not being able to enter, will be determined by the ticket company.
・ The pictures and information are provided by the supplier for reference only.
・ Acknowledgement letter/QR (printed version) is required before admission. We will not be responsible if no paper confirmation letter is provided.
・ It is recommended that guests arrive 10 to 15 minutes in advance. We will not refund you if you do not arrive on time due to personal reasons.Our travel agency is only responsible for booking tickets. If customers are dissatisfied with the 
  facilities and services after arrival, our travel agency will not be responsible.
