· Cancellation 4~9 days before departure (inclusive) will result in a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 1~3 days prior to departure date are non-refoundable.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.

· Cancellation or change requests after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends and holidays will be processed sequentially on the next business day.

· Send the license plate number and contact information of the tour guide by SMS or SNS one day before departure.

· The tour fee already includes tips for local drivers and guides, tickets and round-trip transportation fees listed on the itinerary.
· The basic number of people in each group is 8 people, and the number of people in each group is 42. If the guests do not reach the basic number of people in each group and want to use a private group, relevant additional fees will be incurred.
· Over 3 years old and under 12 years old are charged as children, over 12 years old are charged as adults, and under 36 months are free of charge.
(Free children will not be provided with meals, car seats , admission tickets, etc.)

· Generally, itinerary will not be affected in rainy days. In case of natural disasters, you can change the departure date for free or get a full refund.

· The condition of the red leaves will be affected by the weather. The date of departure is the best time to enjoy the maple leaves. If the condition of the red leaves is not ideal on the day of departure, the company will not be responsible and will not provide any refund compensation.
· All the itineraries of the company do not include personal travel insurance. There are certain risks and dangers in outdoor activities. Guests need to evaluate whether they are suitable for participation according to their own health or ability. · If the meeting time is overdue, you will be considered absent if you are late, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
